LEADERSHIP AND ASSOCIATES
The leadership team and associates of Phezulu Energy consists of natural energy resources industry veterans and astute commercial and technical experts with decades of proven local and international experience. The leadership team, together with our associates, were recruited to ensure that Phezulu has the capacity to unlock real and significant value to its partners through the natural energy resources projects it invests in.
The leadership team and associates of Phezulu Energy are extensively networked throughout the natural energy resources industry, which includes an understanding of all relevant departments within the South African government, South African State-Owned Entities (SOC’s) and the legislative and regulatory environment within which Phezulu Energy operates.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Luvo is a qualified attorney and a former Director and the Chairman of the Board of the Central Energy Fund (CEF SOC Ltd), a South African State-Owned Company which reports directly to the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy. CEF is the parent company of AEMFC, IGAS, PASA, PetroSA and SFF. Luvo has a complete and unparallel understanding of the entire South African energy sector, the just energy transition, associated projects, infrastructure and the relevant leadership. In addition, Luvo has a deep understanding of and is an expert in the legislative and regulatory environment within which Phezulu Energy operates.
